WHAT IS YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE?

We have the experience of serving households and commercial properties all across Southern California. As well, we are proud to have built relationships with a plethora of vendors and donation centers to make sure most of our clients' treasured items find a home. From apartments and condominiums to large-sized residential properties, we have experience clearing out all types of homes, regardless of condition or scale. 

WHAT ARE YOUR WAITING TIMES LIKE?

The nature of the home clearing industry requires us to be readily available for any size/scale of clear out. We are available by phone 7 days a week between 8am-9pm. For larger-sized jobs (properties 3000 sq. ft and higher), we do require at least one day of advanced notice to provide proper staffing and equipment for your property clear out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all forms of payment but prefer cash, check, or Zelle payment. Credit card charges are a minimum 5% fee. Payment is ALWAYS due upon completion of your service.
